Sage Road Pty Ltd Trading as Crown Complete Sweeping is committed to managing its operations to provide safe and healthy working conditions for the prevention of work-related injury and ill health. This includes encouraging and safeguarding employees who identify workplace hazards together with employee consultation.

We are committed to continuous improvement of our OH&S management system, elimination of hazards and reduction of OH&S risks.

The company shall maintain a third party certification to AS/NZS ISO 45001:2018 Standard.
Our management and employees are required to comply with all applicable legislative and statutory obligations, technical and management system standards. We shall periodically review the policy and continue to enhance the system of work.

It shall be the responsibility of or senior management to communicate the policy to all employees and relevant contractors and to review the policy periodically to ensure continuous improvement in quality, health, safety and environment management. This Policy shall also be available to the public.

A key factor is public safety which is addressed at all work sites, through the training of our employees in safe work practices, procedures and an awareness of all the hazards associated with their duties. Each site will be assessed for public safety issues and controls put in place to ensure a high standard of safety for all personnel.

To ensure our obligations are met, the following items will be undertaken:

a. Ensure that all our employees have ongoing training with procedures to perform their jobs safely and are encouraged to report safety hazards

b. Continually improve occupational health and safety standards and procedures to achieve the best practice in the industry

C. Facilitate through supervision effective work planning and control in order to ensure that hazardous situations and conditions are avoided

d. Provide and maintain safe plant and equipment, e.g. establish the cause of and implement a corrective action on all accidents or near accidents

f. Participation of employees and customers in developing and implementing effective health and safety standards and procedures within the workplace which will ensure a high standard of safety for all.

g. Ensure that contractors and customers clearly understand and adhere to this Policy and where necessary, assist them to comply with required health and safety standards and procedures

This policy will be reviewed periodically to ensure continuous improvement in our quality, health, safety and environment management.
